Sabrine lives in very difficult living conditions. Her mother, who only finished elementary school, is the sole provider for their family of three through farming, leaving very little for Sabrine's education. They grow peas and corn on a nearby plot of land. Sabrine has a brother, Cedrick, who is 18 years old, and a sister who is 20. Their father passed away two years ago due to liver disease.
Sabrine's favorite subject is math, and in her free time, she enjoys playing soccer.
