Hungarian Scholarship

It is important to us that we do not lose our young people after they have left primary school. If our students are able and want to continue their studies, we encourage them either by setting up a private supporters' club or by supporting them with scholarships through the Hungarian state. We are the initiators and founding members of a programme that, with funding from the Hungary Helps Agency, enables talented young Africans from disadvantaged backgrounds to study at a private university in their home country.

In the 2021-22 academic year, 3 out of the 15 young people selected in Africa were students from the Chérifoula School in Mali. For the 2022-23 academic year, 5 students from Mali will participate in the program.
